Founded in 17th Dec. 2002 with over 10,000m²  manufacturing base, Ningbo Lili Mechanical Mould Co., Ltd. is a High-tech enterprise and Technology-based enterprise mainly focuse on designing and manufacturing of various precision die casting molds and die casting products. Our company locates in Beilun Science and Technology Park, which is close to Ningbo Port. 

As a technology and innovation driven enterprise, we recruit specialists and engineers with sufficient experience. We also have established a R&D center and owned over 20 utility model patents. Equipped with 15 Computer Cold Chamber Die-casting Machines (180T to 900T), 20 Machining Centers and 40 CNC Lathes, we have have the ability to achieve professional and scale production. In terms of process and quality control, we have first-class operating machines such as Chemistry Analysis Lab, Spectrometer, High Precision CMM, Precision Optical Laser Projector, High-precision Measuring Instrument, and various hardness tester, etc. With the goal of aligning with world-class manufacturing standard, we have passed and strictly followed ISO9001 since 2004 and  ISO/TS16949:2009 since 2020. 

We attach great importance to energy saving and environmental protection with the improvement of technological progress. For example: The production process has been upgraded from manual feeding, spraying and picking to fully automatic control; Finishing Center has been invested with integration equipment so that the products can be processed at the same time instead of being divided into several steps on different machines.
